A sweaty player is gamer slang for someone who is trying way too hard, treating a casual match like it is a tournament, usually with extra intensity and try hard tactics. It is basically tryhard energy, just with the joke that they are so locked in they are probably sweating. The roast is, you are not impressing anyone, you are just making the lobby feel like a job interview.
