“Sweaty” is what people say when someone is trying way too hard, usually in gaming or on social media, like they are locked in, stressed, and taking it way more seriously than it needs to be. It also gets used in an insulting way like, “yikes, relax,” because they act like every little thing is a life or death tournament. Basically, it means tryhard, but with extra sweat drip.
