A bot is a computer program that runs on autopilot over the internet, doing repetitive stuff like grabbing info, posting messages, or mimicking human behavior. In slang, people also use bot as an insult for someone who seems fake, scripted, or weirdly programmed. The roast is, if a bot is saving time, a “bot” is usually just someone wasting everybody’s time with zero personality.
