Seethe just means boiling angry inside, like you are mad but not necessarily going off yet, you are simmering with rage. Online it shows up as “I am seething” or “they are seething,” basically calling someone out as quietly furious. It is like getting cooked by your own thoughts, then acting surprised when you start glowing red.
