Bluesky is basically Twitter, but it runs on a decentralized system, so it is less like one company controlling the whole playground and more like people can choose different “servers” and rules. The slang part you will also see is skeets, which just means posts on Bluesky. It is the internet equivalent of saying, I want the same party, but I want the DJ and the bouncer to be less powerful.
