A bag holder is someone stuck holding an investment that keeps dropping, usually because they bought at the hype and never sold before it went bad. It is basically the internet version of, you are “holding the bag” for everyone else who cashed out. The roast is, you are not an investor anymore, you are a storage unit with opinions.
