Aim assist is a video game helper, usually on controller, that makes your crosshair “snap” or feel like it sticks a bit to targets so you do not have to be a human laser pointer to land shots. Internet argument of the week is people saying it is “cheating” or “not fair,” because it boosts accuracy compared to mouse keyboard, which is basically like complaining the basketball has a hoop.
