“Sigma baby” is basically “sigma male” plus a baby add on for extra dumb, cute meme energy. So it means someone is acting like they are unbothered, mysterious, self made, and kind of above social hierarchy, but framed in a brain rot, ironic way. It is the internet taking a fake personality label and wrapping it in “tiny mascot” mode, because apparently we cannot just say “cool guy” anymore.
