Intuitive eating is the idea that you do not treat food like a math problem or a moral test. You learn to listen to your body’s hunger and fullness cues, and choose food in a way that feels physically and emotionally satisfying, instead of chasing diet rules. One roast though, the internet makes it sound like “just eat whatever,” but it is more like “stop dieting so you can actually tell what your body wants.”
