Fanum tax is the joke that you can “tax” someone by taking a bite of their food, like a playful little theft, usually from people you are hanging out with on stream or in memes. One time streamer Fanum would sneak bites and call it “taxing,” and the phrase spread. It is basically “pay me in snacks,” but said with zero shame.
