Bencho

Bencho is a rude but casual exclamation people use, kind of like “for real, bro” mixed with “oh come on” and sometimes “what the heck,” mostly in South Asian slang, especially in parts of India and Bangladesh. The vibe is anger-lite, like you are annoyed but still talking like you are buddies. Kind of like swearing, but with the volume turned down, because nobody wants to start World War III over a sentence.
