“The ick” is when you are into someone, then one small thing they do, say, or even how they carry themselves flips a switch and suddenly you feel disgusted or no longer attracted. It is basically your brain going, “Hard pass,” over something that might be totally normal to everyone else. The roast is, the internet turned your internal “not for me” alarm into a whole brand.
