“Ro gangster” is Roblox slang for kids who cosplay as tough gangsters, usually in games like Da Hood, and they act extra, talk big, and try to start drama. It is basically gamer trash talk with a fake street-cred costume, and half the time they are just begging to be taken seriously. So yeah, it is less actual gangster, more “please notice me” with a mic.
