Reality shifting is the TikTok thing where people say they can “move” their consciousness from their current life into a chosen alternate reality, usually one they made up or that comes from a fandom, using stuff like visualization, scripting, and meditation. The main joke is that it sounds like lucid dreaming plus fanfic, but with a whole multiverse confidence level.
