brand deal

A brand deal is when a company pays a creator to promote something, usually in a post or video. The creator gets money, the brand gets attention, and everyone pretends it is not an ad even when it very much is. Big roast though, it is basically influencer marketing with a nicer name, like calling a billboard “content.”
