Bereals basically means BeReal content or the BeReal app, where everyone gets a random daily push like “Time to BeReal” and you have a couple minutes to post a couple unedited photos from the front and back camera that show what you are doing in real life right then. It is social media trying to trick you into being spontaneous, which is hilarious because you still end up calibrating your mess
